Peter Lawrence

Peter Lawrence is the Founder, Managing Director and Consultant with Human Capital Department Ltd. 

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), he holds a Masters in Human Resource Management (MA HRM) and an MBA.

Peter has worked in a variety of Human Resource Management and Training and Development roles at Senior Management and Director level including with global players ExxonMobil and GE.  

Jon Britain

Jon Britain

Jon has over 25 years of experience as a Learning and Development professional, working in many sectors, including Education, Government, Insurance, Banking, and Hospitality across Europe, The Middle East, and Thailand. 

His Vision is to boost employee job satisfaction and productivity, creating workplaces where employees feel empowered and enthusiastic about going to work, and his Mission is to help organisations develop competent, confident and committed individuals, creating a competitive advantage, satisfied customers and success.

He believes specific learning objectives and the transfer of learning to the workplace are critical to the success of any training intervention. 

Jim Blythe

Jim is a highly accomplished Learning and Development and HR professional having worked for prestigious corporates & big international brands, including AVIVA, Virgin, Bloomberg & Fujitsu. 

He has now seen the light and supports SME Businesses across the region with HR and L+D solutions. Jim particularly enjoys providing 1-2-1 Coaching and Training in People Management Skills.

Peter Rabbit

Peter Rabbit is our company mascot - he is adventurous and enthusiastic but sometimes needs further guidance and Mr McGregor intends to catch up with him to provide some hands-on coaching.
